talent network recently did two comedy shows for two different private events in two very different locations. With one event in Pittsburgh and the other in Phoenix, both shows hosted over 800 people that were set up in long, rectangular rooms with the stage at the far end. As I have often discussed, comedy thrives in intimate settings, but in a big room with nearly 1,000 people, intimacy doesn’t come without a plan.
