Claudio Reilsono is considered one of the top professional baseball coaches in the country and has signed over 60 players to professional baseball contracts all over the world. He is now Director of Professional Baseball Scouting/Lead Scout for the Global Scouting Bureau and the Head Coach at Carnegie Mellon University, at which he has led the team to two Conference Championships and is the all-time leader in coaching wins. Claudio is a recipient of the “Willie Stargell Lifetime Achievement Award”, is an inductee in the CMU Baseball Hall of Fame, recipient of the “Steel City Sports Hall of Fame” and was once voted “National Italian American Coach of the Year”.

His story – which is included in Vince Papale’s book You Can Be Invincible – is one of determination, persistence and heart. Claudio recently published his own book, Lead From The Heart Up, Not The Neck Up, all about how to create a positive, winning culture on the field and in the office. His media work includes being the host of the globally watched TV show, The Boxing Authorities, as well as a boxing color analyst. He hosts his own podcast, The Claudio Reilsono Show, for which he has interviewed Mario Andretti, Rocky Bleier, Sid Bream, Jim Rooker, and many more. Claudio also hosts/co-hosts other podcasts including The PA Basketball Coaches Association Podcast, Steel City Sports World and Steelers Pre-Snap Show.
