Claudio Reilsono is considered one of the top professional baseball coaches in the country and has signed over 60 players to professional baseball contracts all over the world. He is now Director of Professional Baseball Scouting/Lead Scout for the Global Scouting Bureau and the Head Coach at Carnegie Mellon University, at which he has led the team to three Conference Championships and is the all-time leader in coaching wins. Claudio is a recipient of the “Willie Stargell Lifetime Achievement Award”, is an inductee in both the CMU Baseball Hall of Fame and Steel City Sports Hall of Fame, was once voted “National Italian American Coach of the Year”, and was elected to the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

Claudio’s own book, Lead From The Heart Up, Not The Neck Up, is all about how to create a positive, winning culture on the field and in the office. His media work includes being the host of the globally watched TV show, The Boxing Authorities, as well as a boxing color analyst. He hosts his own podcast, The Claudio Reilsono Show, for which he has interviewed Mario Andretti, Rocky Bleier, Sid Bream, Jim Rooker, and many more. Claudio also co-hosts another podcast called Talking Business and Life alongside Steve Mancini, along with co-hosting Steel City Sports World and Steelers Pre-Snap Show.
