Former NFL linebacker turned nationally-recognized sports lawyer and agent, Ralph Cindrich is known for negotiating landmark contracts in sports history, including one that forever altered the NFL’s salary hierarchy. He is the founder of both the law firm Cindrich & Associates and the sports management firm Cindrich & Company, where he represented a wide array of NFL clients that included over 30 first-round picks. Overall, he has negotiated more than one billion dollars in contracts, was twice recognized by The Sporting News as one of the “100 Most Powerful People in Sports,” and was prominently featured in Michael Lewis’ book “The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game”.
Ralph graduated from University of Pittsburgh and South Texas College of Law and is the recipient of the Legal Intelligencer’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He has also been inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame and the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League Hall of Fame for both football and wrestling. Also a well-traveled lecturer and teacher, Ralph has led seminars, study abroad programs and educational courses both nationally and internationally.
