Nina Sainato is a Pittsburgh-based vocalist specializing in the Great American Songbook and classic standards. Blending timeless elegance with a modern sensibility, her performances feature music from artists such as Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Patsy Cline. A seasoned performer, Nina delivers polished, engaging solo vocal performances to high-quality tracks, adaptable for both intimate settings and larger-scale events.

Nina grew up in a deeply musical Italian-American household where the Great American Songbook was a constant presence. A performer since the age of six, she began her formal musical training as a classical pianist, quickly demonstrating exceptional ability as both a performer and composer. As a child, she earned multiple state and regional titles in NFMC composition competitions and was selected to attend The Governor’s School for the Performing Arts at the age of sixteen. Nina went on to study classical piano performance at NYU, later transferring to Duquesne University’s Sound Recording program, which is when she became an active part of Pittsburgh’s music scene. Expanding her work from classical piano into pop, rock and vocal performance, she has made her mark as a versatile and respected vocalist and Certified Master Teacher of Estill Voice Training.
