Claudio Reilsono is considered one of the top professional baseball coaches in the country, and has signed over 60 players to professional baseball contracts all over the world. He is now Director of Professional Baseball Scouting/Lead Scout for the Paramount Scouting Bureau, Director of Operations (U.S. Division) for Lalonde Boxing Management (LBM), and the Head Coach at Carnegie Mellon University, at which he is the all-time leader in coaching wins. Claudio is a recipient of the “Willie Stargell Lifetime Achievement Award”, and is an inductee in the CMU Baseball Hall of Fame. His story – which is included in Vince Papale’s book You Can Be Invincible – is one of determination, persistence and heart. Claudio recently published his own book, Lead From The Heart Up, Not The Neck Up, all about how to create a positive, winning culture on the field and in the office. He hosts his own podcast, The Claudio Reilsono Show, for which he has interviewed Mario Andretti, Rocky Bleier, Sid Bream, Jim Rooker, and many more. Claudio also hosts another podcast, Monday Night Impact, all about leadership, business, motivation and life, along with hosting The Boxing Authorities and co-hosting Steel City Sports World and Steelers Pre-Snap Show.
