Show News: Brian Regan & Finding the Right Comedian

Clean, clean, clean and really, really funny. These are words often thrown around by Event Managers or Corporate Buyers describing what they need in their marquee name comedian. I understand the challenges our Buyers and Event Planners face in booking comedy, and this is why we personally see all of the comics we suggest before we ever submit them for our client’s consideration. A hysterical 3-minute video is no measure of the entirety of a comedian’s show. And comedy can be a home run or total disaster for the Buyer if not screened properly.

That said, we just did our second date in a row with Comedian Brian Regan – both of which had huge turnouts for our client who was sponsoring an entertainment night at two different national conventions. It’s not always easy to find the right act that has marquee name value, is clean and suited for corporate sensitivities AND is affordable. Brian is not inexpensive, but his show is worth the value in quality and laughs.

Brian’s show is a combination of his skewed view of the world, coupled with his hilarious physicality. He takes the most inane subjects like trying to ship a box or taking someone to the emergency room and turns them into visuals that guarantee you will never view shipping a box or going to the hospital the same way again.
