Dr. Mike Hutchinson is the Pittsburgh area’s foremost expert on animal health and behavior. He has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 30 years and is an expert equine, small animal, wildlife and exotic veterinarian. As the leading practitioner in stem cell therapy and regeneration, Dr. Mike has done over 1,000 Adipose-Derived Stem Cell Transplant procedures on cats, dogs, camels and birds. His expertise has made him a highly sought after speaker at both national and international conferences, specifically on the uses of animal stem cells. With such experience, he has received numerous awards and accolades from breed clubs, the Cat Fanciers’ Association, and Pioneers for Animal Welfare Society (PAWS). He was given an honorary position on the Board of Directors of the prestigious Theodore Roosevelt Sanctuary, received a distinguished service award for his 12 years of service as a veterinarian for the for the Nassau County, New York Mounted Police Force in Eisenhower Park, and was presented with the “Rising Star Award” from the Veterinary News Network.
