Former Pittsburgh Steeler, now "Teambuilding through Storytelling" and hosting his own podcast.
Craig Wolfley is a 12-year veteran of the NFL who played 10 years with the Pittsburgh Steelers and 2 years with the Minnesota Vikings. Craig was recently selected as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers All-Century Team (voted by Pittsburgh fans as a team of the best players to ever wear a Steelers uniform) and chosen to be part of the Syracuse University 20th Century All-Star Team. He successfully competed in the World’s Strongest Man and the NFL Strongest Man competitions, and he placed 2nd in the first professional Sumo contest held on the North American continent. He holds a black belt in Freestyle Jiu Jitsu and has over 19 years of martial arts training.
Craig is a light, humorous and inspiring speaker who covers his 12 years as an NFL player and his life after football. He gives his audience a rare glimpse of the view from underneath the helmet. His talks encompass stories about football players both on and off the field, his “No Option But Success” approach to life, his injuries, dealing with the media, the fans and his personal motivation for rebuilding a career after football. Craig’s speaking engagements also contain a business angle, framed through Teambuilding through Storytelling, in which he takes the audience through his career in sports and applies that to the general needs of the client. His speaking style is versatile and works at either a formal dinner affair or a casual laid-back event. Q&A sessions are always welcome at the conclusion of his speeches.
